I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected and approved by TCU for admission into the
above-mentioned degree programme at TUDARCo the academic year 2019/2020. Congratulations!

You are required to report at the College, Mwenge along Coca cola road on 4th November, 2019 for
Orientation and Registration which ends on 8th November, 2019. Classes will begin on 11th
November, 2019 at Mwenge. A copy of the Orientation Programme shall be obtained from the Dean
of Students office on reporting.

1. Candidate who fails to report and register within the stipulated period may lose his/her
admission.
2. Your admission will be confirmed only after proper verification and submission of the following
documents at the time of registration: -

Note:

● Those having family health insurance scheme need not pay the NHIF but must submit a copy
of the health insurance during registration.
● Ensure you write full names of the student and course when making deposit.

4.Tuition fee may be paid either in full or in two equal installments before being registered in the
beginning of each semester. Other fees and prescribed college charges shall be paid in full during
registration. Registration will be done only upon full payment of fees and other costs as indicated
above.

4.Candidates who are loan beneficiaries of the Higher Education Students Loans Board (as per the
mean testing by the board), will have to pay the difference of tuition fees in installments as above.

6.Only candidate, who has paid the required college fees will be issued with admission card to
enable him/her to attend the regular classes.

7.Please note that if you decline the offer after paying the Tuition Fees, a penalty will be instituted
withholding part of fees paid as follows:

8.Loan beneficiary candidates are required to submit Bank Account Number in the name of the

9.The college has a canteen outsourced to a private catering service to provide meals to students
and staff at reasonable prices.

10.During your studies at TUDARCo, you will be required to observe appropriate decent dress code
as provided for by Students’ By-Laws.

11.All students shall strictly adhere to the Students’ By-Laws in full, which may be amended from
time to time without notice.

The orientation for First Year students will start at 9:00 am 4th November, 2019 at Mwenge along
on Coca Cola Road. All First Year students are required to attend without fail.

The College does not provide accommodation services but can arrange for accommodation
for interested students. Please check on our Website for a list of privately owned
accommodation services.
