Chairpersons, please be informed of the following:

1. Guidelines for the release of the students’ allowance:

* If the student will have 4 absences in a particular month this will disqualify him/her to receive the monthly
allowance, however, this may resume on the following month when number of attendance is met already.

* Please inform them ahead that, for the second semester their academic performance will also have a bearing
in the amount to be received.

85 and above – 500.00Php 80-84.999- 350.00Php

75-79.999 -250.00Php 75 below – No allowance

1.1. A class list will be submitted to the FINANCE OFFICE before the release of the allowance. The list will follow
the official template plus the month and a column indicating their eligibility to receive such.

through the “Classic Youth Orchestra” which will show case famous movie themes and popular classics

- CREATIVELY remind the students to observe theater etiquette while inside the Rodelsa Theater.
- Those with contemporary ….. subjects in the grades 12, they must be made to understand that they
shall avail of this rare opportunity
- Fill out the form properly
