Roles and Responsibility:

 Receiving of source data for cataloguing action.

 Identification of source received materials.
 Checking of mandatory data to code the item.
 Checking of duplicate code using SAP Tool before create a new code in eString.
 Prepare the missing data and sending to the end users.
 Contacting to the end users for the missing data and updating in the file.

 Commucating to the respective users/departments for the missing data and updating in the source.

Project : Physical Inventory of Master Data.
Roles and Responsibility:

 Searching for the materials with already defined location and quantity as per database.
 Note down the same material with correct location and quantity as on date and time.
 Checking the materials usable in condition or not.
 Preparing the file for new location materials and changes in quantity and updating in the database.

Project : Collecting the material data from warehouse (Mumbai Refinery),
Structuring the data & uploading in ERP system.
Roles and Responsibility:

 Identify and assign Noun-Modifiers for each item allocated.

 Prepare missing data sheet to be sent to the client.
 Receiving missing information and updating into the database.
