Offshore services – Repairs, Maintenance &

Re-placement.

We entered the Oil & Gas Offshore Industry with Aban Offshore giving us a
break in 2003, for Pipe De-choking and De-Scaling of various application drain
and pipelines in many locations at Aban-III, whilst at Western India Shipyard in
Goa, which we successfully delivered. Since then we have worked with them on
almost all their Rigs / vessels that have passed through our waters.
We have been fortunate to have then become vendors for other Offshore
companies; Viz : Transocean, Greatship India Limited, Ensco, Shipping
Corporation of India, BG India / Royal Dutch Shell / ONGC / QGOG and Cochin
Ship Yard.
We not only do Drain De-choking, but our activities are have now reached in
areas like, Plumbing ( Pipe Changing from Metal to CPVC ), Various Types of
Duct Cleaning ( Galley / Laundry / AC / Shale Shaker and Mud Pit ), and Finally
Dry Ice Blasting ( Used for removing Oil, Grease and other Sticky Build-up from
areas that cannot be manually reached easily ).

A window on this metal Pipe has been cut to see the inner condition after a
period of time, showing the craters formed inside due to the effects of water
being stagnant, us obstructing the regular flow of water, resulting in pressure on
the system.

Piping Changed from Metal to CPVC at British Gas Platform - Panna, for their Sea
Chest line to RO System. We changed a 6 inch line from metal to ASTRALS CPVC,
All in Glue fitting with pressure flowing at 150 psi, Tested at 275 psi, laid in
2015, operational till date.

 Last but not the least.
Lately we have successfully demonstrated, with our equipment,
cleaning and de-scaling of Drill pipes, in a pipe with 2.5 inch id,
at a warehouse in Mumbai.
