translate. This tweet will help my topic that “Translator and Interpreter VS Translation

tweet proved it. He is also user of Google translator, so it is not fake information.

5. Purpose: I think he wanted us to pay attention. These days, most people uses Google

their own English skills. She encouraged people like that. Also, she said we can use

1. Relevancy: I think Japanese is so difficult language because it has three letters. Also

Usage changes depending on the situation . This article introduce some type of

Japanese.

1. Relevancy: This is Japanese old collection of poems. In Japanese version, it used old
Japanese. This book is useful my research because I think translation technology
cannot translate old Japanese.
2. Accuracy: I trust this source because it is written by English and Japanese. Original
text and Kana transliteration appear in this book. I can read both of Japanese and
English, so I can trust it.
3. Currency: This source is published on 2016. The original “Manyoshu” was published
long time ago. This is published within 5 years.
4. Authority: He is a Russian-American linguist and philologist. He was an assistant
professor of Japanese at the University of Michigan. He became the full professor at
the University of Hawaii and continued working there until 2014.
5. Purpose: This book can share Japanese early literature with old Japanese. We can learn
old Japanese and new Japanese at the same time. It makes people be interested in
Japanese literature.
6. Rating; Overall I would give this source a 5 out of 5. I was surprised that Japanese
early literature was translated in English. Also, old Japanese is difficult for Japanese
people, but this translation was easy to understand.

Also, this article said AI can translate literally, but it cannot express like human do. These
days, people are discussing what occupation will be kicked out by AI. Some people say
the occupations that is required foreign language skills are endangered now, but this
article can make less worry.

author’s opinion. There are many useful information for my topic.

called “SFBMT”. The story about technology is very suitable my topic.

case that use for Japanese sentences, and for English sentences. The results are

3. Currency: This article was published on 2011. It is a little old. It didn’t be published
within 5 years.
4. Authority: This is scholarly research. One of the author Kuroiwa Shingo is professor
at Chiba University Graduate School of Engineering. He is involved in the
development of technologies used in distributed speech recognition.
5. Purpose: This article prove the accuracy of translation technology. I thought
translation technology is not enough to translate. But this source proved translation
technology has high quality by accurate data. This fact can be counter argument.
6. Rating; Overall I would give this source a 5 out of 5. The author researched many
times. It was easy to undersatd.
