Singspiration

Welcome:

DJ1: What a great Sabbath morning we have today, aint it _________? Nature around us
seem to truly express the goodness of God. In fact, this morning I was awaken with the
twitters of the birds and it felt like music in my ears.

DJ2: Indeed my friend, our amazing God is greatly to be praised today. Speaking of music,
we are right here at our Sabbath morning show live on-air, “Musical Meditations and
Testimonies”. Oh, how nice it would be to start this holy day with great music, to use our
ears to listen to God’s voice speak to us in hymns and spiritual songs.

DJ1: According to Ellen G. White, Music was made to serve a holy purpose, to lift the
thoughts to that which was pure and noble and elevating and to awaken in the soul devotion
and gratitude to God. And that is exactly what we are doing today.

DJ2: and yes, to complete this special program we have our guest singers the “Young
Crusaders Philippines to sing for us while we sit, relax, meditate and be at peace with God
today. We also would like to welcome our live audiences, (to the audience) wave your hands
up, shake each other’s hands and greet one another with a warm smile and say, “Happy
Sabbath, God loves you”.

DJ1: Wonderful! Heaven will surely rejoice to see us all happy and inspired. We welcome
you all once again to “Musical Meditations and Testimonies’ right here at NIS FM 101.5

DJ2: Let’s start off with our opening song listed on our Top hits this year entitled, “10,000
Reasons… and of course, we can’t stop praising God for who He is in our lives. I think
10,000 reasons and more would not be enough. Am I right _________?.

DJ1: Exactly, _______. And this song will be sung by our resident child singer, Kael Platil, a
Grade 2 pupil of the school and later on somewhere in the end he will be joined by the
audience and, not to forget that we need God to bless us- through a prayer to be led by
______________________.

2: The Bible says in the Ephesians 5:19, “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and
spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.”

1: In other words, we encourage one another with testimonies, through the words of a song.
Coming up next live from our guest singers is a song entitled: “Orphans of God”.

2: That was amazing! The song has touched me. Well, it’s worth a testimony that if we feel
we have been orphaned by our families, friends and to those who are dear to us, fortunately
with God, We are never orphans.

1: Indeed, to tell us what this guest felt about the song, let’s welcome
_________________with his testimony.

2. Thank you so much ____________________ . I agree with you. Now, we still have more
songs coming so I pray that you will continue to stay tuned to NIS FM 101.5.

1: Here’s another song that has never left the top list. I love this song so much knowing that
as human beings, we tend to see the dark side of life- the storms that come our way but God
has seen the rainbow after those clouds. Let us hear once more from the Young Crusaders
Philippines, “He Already Sees” only right here at NIS FM 101.5 Musical Meditations and
Testimonies.

2: Wow! I can’t help but be inspired today! How can we be so blind of the things that are
heavenly and be so conformed of the circumstances that are before us. Why can’t we just
say, Let it be Lord, anyway, you are already ahead of me! Let’s call in
______________________ for more of his/her testimony.

1: That was awesome! Thank you_______________. At this point, we will be looking into a
video of our mission story from the South Pacific Division. It is entitled “The Boy who grew a
church”. This is a story from Solomon Islands. The boy was told to play video games a lot
but then later become a man of God. Let’s take a look at this video.

2: Wow! I can tell that Pathfinder is real. Pathfindering has done a great job to the boys’ life. I
hope it will also make a change in the lives of our Nanurians as well. And to make us even
more zealous in serving God, let us hear another song entitled, “I am Willing Lord…” with
prayers that all of us will be ever willing to serve and to be just exactly what God wants us to
be. Let’s hear it from the Young Crusaders.

1: Thank you once again, Young Crusaders! How about you___________? How willing is
your heart to accept God’s invitation to work in His field?

2: I believe it takes 99% faith to trust Him with what He wants me to be exactly. Because
many times I can see that I am too confident to rely in my own decisions and think that I am
too smart but in the end, I think I have to recognize Him to be the source of everything and
trust Him to do what’s best in my life.

1. That’s a beautiful answer and a real testimony! You can win a crown in a pageant… (just
kidding) anyway, we are still here in our show Musical Meditations and Testimonies NIS FM
101.5. Let’s move on to our next song, “Lord I need you” originally sang by Matt Maher but
this time, it will be sung by our very own singer, Kael Platil.

2: This will be followed immediately by a song entitled, “The Savior is waiting.” Oh, how the
Savior waits for us for a long time so He can enter our hearts.

1: Let us hear from _________________ testimonies for the songs “The Savior is waiting”
and “Lord, I need you”.

2: Have you heard the Savior knocking in your heart today? It may not be a literal knock but
it is something you feel as a result of a relationship with the Lord. Am I right _________?

1: I totally agree with you ____________. Now, we are down to our last two songs. These
are songs of hope of God’s second coming. What a day that will be for all of us who are
waiting for God. But I do hope that our Musical Meditations today has brought inspiration,
awaken our devotion, uplift our weary spirits and has given joy to our live audiences as well
as our listeners on air.

2: 1 Chronicles 16: 8-10 says, “Give thanks unto the Lord, call upon his name, make
known His deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his
wondrous works. Glory ye in his holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord.”
Musical Meditations is such a way to really give glory, honor and gratitude to God. May the
Sabbath today will take us on a journey through eternity as we continue to learn of Him each
day.
1: It has been an hour of great music. Singing, as a part of religious service , is as much an
act of worship as is prayer. How blessed then we are today for the gift of Music and now let
us give the last 2 songs to the Young Crusaders Philippines to close our program “
Redemption Draweth Nigh” and “The King is Coming”.

2: We are encouraged in Hebrews 10:25 “not to forsake gathering together, but to

encourage one another, especially now that the day of His return is drawing near” (NLT). It is
comforting to know that you are not the only one going through challenging times, and can
find encouragement in the experiences and testimonies of your fellow brethren. Through the
sharing of their testimonies, our faith can be affirmed and our eyes opened to the fact that
God is still working in the lives of many people even today, in remarkable ways.

1 & 2: This has been __________________ and _________________ your DJ for the day at
NIS FM 101.5 Musical Meditations and Testimonies, now signing off.
