This Commission Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made and effective this June 06,
2019,
DIGITAL FORM. ALL OFFENDERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SUED IN A COURT OF LAW.

BETWEEN: SAMUEL MONTEMAYOR AND BENJOE CORPUZ (the "Agents"),


an individual with their main address at:

LANGAGAN, SANCHEZ MIRA, CAGAYAN

AND: JONABETH OBISPO (the "Seller"), an individual, who owns the


Property with her main address at:

Centro 02, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan

WHEREAS the Seller wishes to sell her real property situated at Barangay Langagan,
Sanchez Mira, Cagayan with an area of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY (170) SQUARE
METERS.

WHEREAS Agents are prepared to sell the PROPERTY on behalf of the Seller in return
for a commission;

It is agreed as follows:

1. SELLING RIGHTS

a. The Seller grants the Agents an exclusive right to sell the Property on behalf of
the Seller.

b. The Agents shall clearly identify themselves as duly authorized sales agents of
the Seller in the course of their efforts to sell the Property on behalf of the Seller
and may not sell the Property in their own name.

c. The Seller grants the Agents a fixed price of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P
300,000.00) PESOS and any excess of it will be given to the Agents as
commission.

d. The Seller agrees that the last price will be THREE HUNDRED SIXTY
THOUSAND (P 360,000.00) PESOS, if ever the BUYER will request a lower
price from the Original price of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 400,000.00)
PESOS, however, in case the price will be settled to THREE HUNDRED
EIGHTY THOUSAND (P 380,000.00) PESOS, still the excess of the THREE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 300,000.00) PESOS will be given to the
agents.

e. The agents agree that the Seller shall not be responsible for the payment of
DEED OF SALE upon completion of the transaction with the BUYER, it is the
Seller’s advantage to take the NET of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P
300,000.00) PESOS as agreed in Letter C above.

f. In any case that the Seller fails to comply with the agreed price settlement of
THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND (P360,000.00) PESOS with the
agents, and to take advantage of the moment to sell immediately her property
to the buyer and give a much lower price than the latter, the Seller will be
obliged to fulfill the full amount of commission based form the agreed price in
letter D of this Selling rights agreement.

The Parties each hereby execute this Agreement as of June 06, 2019.
