1.2 CLIENT REQUIREMENT

The Employer Al Khozama Management Company invites your organization to submit an Expression
of Interest for landscape construction services for the proposed project Al Motasim Street re-
development works as indicated in the documents attached.
You are requested to submit your Expression of Interest in accordance with the requirements of this
document, and related attachments and return for our consideration and assessment no later than

1.3 PROJECT LOCATION

Al Faisaliah Re-Development Project, Al Olaya, Riyadh.

1.4 PROJECT AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

The Project shall be designed in accordance with applicable laws, codes and regulations of building,
zoning, fire department and other governmental agencies having jurisdiction- including the Landlord
Attached to this document are the existing layout drawing showing the extent of the construction
area.

3.0 PROJECT BRIEF

 The project will be constructed and delivered in 2 Phases as indicated in the attached
layouts.
 All existing road surface, pavements and kerbs to be demolished and removed from site as
per the construction drawings and specifications.
 All existing utilities to be assessed and current drainage to be modified to be operational
with proposed layout.
 All existing street furniture and street lighting to be demolished and removed from site as
per the construction drawings and specifications.
 Proposed roadway and pavement bedding to be levelled and prepared as per the
construction drawings and specifications.
 All electric and water connections to be prepared as per the construction drawings.
 All proposed road surface, pavement, kerbs and associated works to be constructed as per
the construction drawings and specifications.
 All existing vegetation to be removed from the site unless stated otherwise in the
construction drawings and specifications.
 All proposed planting areas to be excavated to the required depth as per the construction
details and specifications.
 All proposed planting areas to be back filled with drainage layer and planting soil as per
construction details and specifications.
 All proposed planting to be as per construction drawings and specifications, and be
acclimatized to the region before planting.
 The proposed irrigation network to be fully automatic system and be installed as per
construction drawings and specification
