Driven by an outmost desire to work in your good office, I am expressing my

sincerest intention to apply as REGULAR MIDWIFE.

I am now presently working as OR DR Midwife at Bislig District Hospital as

Volunteer starting last April 5, 2019 until now. Way back year 2000 to 2008, I was
also working as contractual midwife at the same hospital. And I was also a
contractual midwife for about 5 years at City Health Office- Bislig City.

The experiences I gain from my current work have fully developed my potential
and self versatility in the medical health profession.
