1. Jelaskan 6 key soft skills yang merupakan atribut lulusan (graduate attributes) di BINUS
University!
a) Self Management: Is a skill to manage yourself in order to achieve the goals we want.
One of the things that can be done is with discipline, highly motivated, not wasting time,
etc.
b) Team Work: Is the ability to work with others professionally in achieving common
goals accompanied by an understanding of cultural differences, to achieve shared goals.
This is very much needed in the world of work because we will not only work with
ourselves but also with others. By working with teams, we get new things or opinions
that can be used as lessons.
C) Communication: Is a skill to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Communication is also a soft skill that is very important and needed in the world of work,
because we have to communicate with colleagues, bosses or clients. Although there is
such a thing as one-way communication, communication can be felt better as a two-way
process in which there is exchange and development of the mind. Communication is the
most powerful basis for interaction in every environment.

D）Initiative & Enterprise: Is a skill to have initiative and change the initiative to

become something that has added value, both financial and other values.
E) Problem Solving & Decision Making: Is a skill to solve problems and make decisions.
Using logical reasoning is the ability in problem solving, so that the problem approach
will be easily solved effectively and efficiently. With this soft skill we can capture the
essence of simple problems and make decisions quickly for simple problems and if this
ability is developed we can solve more complex problems.
F) Planning & Organizing: Is the ability to establish systematic behavior to ensure the
achievement of group goals. Designing specific goals, making priorities, and time tables
for the achievement of maximum productivity. With this ability we can become more
organized in doing something. What needs to be considered in organizing include the
 division of tasks, authority, and responsibility, it should be adjusted to experience,
talents, interests, knowledge, and personality of each person needed to carry out these
tasks.

Soft skills needed to support my work are communication, self management, planning &
organizing, and teamwork. Teamwork involves building relationships and working with
others by using a number of important skills and habits such as communicating (both
giving and receiving), cooperating cooperatively, having a sense of responsibility,
respecting opinions, habits and preferences individual content, and the ability to
participate in group decision making. Teamwork is very much needed in the work I do
because I work together with other internship participants, where I have to be able to
communicate and work well together for the sake of smooth work.
