Analytics Consultant (Assistant Manager), Advanced Analytics Team within Accenture Digital
• Part of Enterprise Analytics team that helps client achieve desired business outcomes and priorities by employing
predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities
ROLE • Involved in the end to end Analytics project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design & development
using advanced analytical techniques and presenting final outcomes to the client's leadership

HR Analytics
Recruitment-
Objective- Automate the process of CV selection at screening stage
Methodology- Applied machine learning algorithms for text mining using NLP (natural language processing) and bag of
words approach
Outcome- Developed a CV parser that extracts vital information from resumes and created a screening model which
estimates the likelihood of candidate conversion at the interview stage
Workforce Planning-
Objective- Recommend optimal HR strategies for future based on gap analysis of demand and supply estimations
Methodology- Applied forecasting techniques to estimate supply side based on historical employee data and estimated
demand side based on demand drivers developed basis discussions during workshops with line managers of the Client
Outcome- Excel/Tableau dashboards with detailed views on supply and demand estimations, parameters impacting
predictions and Gap analysis along with a deck on recommendations based on the report
Key Projects
Workforce Analytics-
Executed Objective- Create an interactive analytical dashboard projecting all KPIs of talent lifecycle across the company’s workforce
Methodology- Analysed multiple vast data sets- employee demographics, rewards, learning, employee utility, attrition,
engagement and performance. Evaluated relevant metrics and key performance indicators at the level of business units,
functions and teams using SAS codes. Automated the process so that the output can be refreshed every quarter.
Outcome- a tableau dashboard on server which can be accessed by HR leads across the globe to identify key pain points of
the HR teams and recognise efficient performances
Learning Analytics-
Objective-Reduce costs by migrating and optimising current LMS
Methodology- A scoring mechanism was developed to score each course offered by the client’s current LMS based on
attributes like cost incurred, validity, course attendance, duration, frequency and last conduct
Outcome- A user interactive tableau dashboard was developed which rank ordered each course based on a score, the
weights of key parameters were changeable by user to enable creating multiple iterations of results and choose the most
optimal one
