The tech that went out, explained to you that the pipe that was replaced needed to dry before
turning the water back on, and he explained to you how to turn it on.
I'm sorry that you misunderstood. But I can have them go out again and explain to you how to
turn on the water.
You have already made a decision to leave. So please turn in the keys as soon as possible.

As of today, after the visit of the company who is trying to fix my heater I am without hot water. They still have not fix the
heater. I have been without heat for 17 days now and as of today I will be without hot water. I am planning to leave this
rental on Wednesday, December 19th, 2018. My kids and I should not be living under these horrible conditions.
I will be returning the keys and garage door opener on the day I leave. I certainly hope your rental company does not
expect me to pay for rent on these cold days we lived without the proper standard living condition, under the law.
