WAIVER OF RIGHT WITH

DECLARATION OF ABANDONMENT

I, EVELINA P. APOLDO , of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Brgy. Bambad, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, do hereby declare that:

I am the registered owner and possessor of a parcel of land identified as :

‘ A parcel of land known as Lot No: 8, Pcs-12-000954 (VOS), consisting of

SIXTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE (16,963) SQUARE
METERS, more or less, situated at Barrio of Bambad, Municipality of Isulan,
Province of Sultan Kudarat and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No: T-02049.

That I am no longer interest to cultivate the said parcel of land. I am abandoning

the said parcel of land in favor of REY F. DENOSTA, of legal age, Filipino, married
and a resident of Kudanding, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat.

That I cannot anymore cultivate and possess the said parcel of land because I am
moving to another place and we are busy with our present occupation.
