Series of 2019

Resolution to request a Program of Work for Rehabilitation of Basketball Court.

Whereas, the Sangguniang Kabataan concurred to implement the Rehabilitation of Basketball

Court as per annual investment plan of 10 % SK Fund.

Whereas, the Basket Court needs to be surfaced in lined for coming fiesta celebration for the events
highlights by Basketball Tournament.

Now therefore, in motion of Kagawad Raymart C. Costanilla and duly seconded by Kagawad
Carlouies M. Pabunan be it.

Resolved as it hereby resolved that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of Municipal
Engineering for fast action and consideration.
