Subject: 2019 VEHICLE STICKERS
Vehicle stickers for the year 2019 are now available at the village office. All homeowners must
have a sticker for each vehicle. Our sticker policy is intended for our village security and road
maintenance.
GUIDELINES:
1. Please fill out the enclosed form and submit to xxx at the xxx office.
2. Prior to issuance, the Finance Committee will review the eligibility of the resident to purchase car
stickers.
Residents with arrears of one (1) year need to settle their accounts before they can be
eligible to purchase car stickers.
3. The Security Committee will, likewise, check the eligibility of the resident's vehicles.
a. For new registrations: Please present a copy of each vehicle’s OR/CR for
validation.
b. For renewals: Please present a copy of the current OR of each vehicle.
c. Lessees are requested to provide a copy of the updated Lease Contract.
4. The fees are as follows:
First four (4) vehicles PhP300 each vehicle
Next three (3) vehicles PhP500 each vehicle
8th vehicle and up PhP1,000 each vehicle
School Bus P700 each vehicle
Note: To minimize road parking congestion and security concerns, entry of commercial
vehicles is subject to the Security Policies of APHVAI and/or the fees prescribed in the
road usage fee.
5. Cash payment only
6. Validity: One (1) year
7. The 2019 Sticker must be affixed on the upper right hand corner of the windshield.
8. All APHVAI old stickers must be removed.
9. All vehicles without the 2019 stickers will be subjected to additional security procedures per entry
effective February 1, 2019.
10. Subsequently, the road usage fees are as follows:
Transients/Merchants P100 per entry
4-6 Wheeler Vehicles P300 per entry
10 Wheeler Vehicles P750 per entry
11. We are also reminding everyone to follow the parking guidelines which were disseminated in a
memo last 2016 (re-circulated December 2018).
12. Homeowners who will pay, in advance, their association dues for year 2019 will receive one (1)
free vehicle sticker.

(1) All information I have provided are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and any falsehood or
misleading information provided by me and will result in non-issuance or revocation of vehicle sticker.
(2) The issuance of the vehicle sticker is a privilege which may be revoked at any time and is always
subject to the compliance with existing XXX Rules & Regulations and Policies.
(3) XXX has the right to cancel / revoke any sticker issued to a vehicle for any violation/s committed
against the its policies, rules and regulations such as, but not limited to traffic & parking rules.
(4) It is my responsibility to immediately remove the XXX Sticker upon sale or disposal of my vehicle.
(5) I hold XXX free from any liability for untoward incidents, injury and damages that may occur from or on
the occasion of the operation of the said motor vehicle and/or the use of this sticker within Posadas
Village, or any other place.
