The cost of medical care are increasing all the time. Government are finding it difficult to
balance the health care budget. Should citizens be totally responsible for their own health costs
and take out private health insurance, or is it better to have a corprehensive health care system
which provides free health services for all?Discuss.

Citizens should have their own health insurance , the reasons is:

Health care is a valuable service and health insurance is a valuable way of protecting
patients from high costs of health care by spreading the costs amongst a pool of people willing to
share their risks of future medical expense. because, health costs always increase every year,
With health insurance , people do not need to worry about high cost of health care.

Health is very important for everybody, we can do everything if we are healthy, that’s
why we have to take care of our own health . health insurance can help us in difficult situations.
People who pay for health insurance have better services which free health care services cannot
offer, such as they can select the best hospitals, choose the best doctors or can stay in the best
and convenient rooms. I think is surely very helpful for citizens because we never now when the
sickness comes. This is why it's essential for everyone to always have some form of health
insurance.

Health insurance gives feeling secure to everybody, people do not need to worry about
everything when they are sick. because when we are sick, we are in a difficult condition, it is
very difficult for us to thinking about anything, and this health insurance can help us to feeling
secure every time. most people should privately insure their health

Paying insurance fees is one of the practical actions to help to lighten the government's
financial burden. Because, I don't believe the government job should be to guarantee health
insurance for everyone. I believe a government could focus more on other areas such as
infrastructure development where individuals cannot contribute. Health care issues could be
taken care of by people with the help of insurance and better lifestyle.

On the other hand, there are also important reasons for remaining free health care
systems with free health services; these systems still play an important role in society. For
example, it enables people living in poverty or unemployed who cannot afford for insurance fees
and expensive medical bills to have a way to take care of their health.

In conclusion, my point of view is that governments should maintain both private health
insurance systems and free medical care systems. The former ones are for people who are willing
to pay and the other ones are for people who cannot pay or cannot afford to expensive health care
services.
