1. Text Information
The main idea of the text is when the lecturers expectations explicit for a course
including assessment items and grading procedures if it is also considerable if the number of
participants in the present study reported that they were uncertain of what lecturers expected of
them as a graduate student if they already know what is non-native English speaker and native
English speaker, they need more guidance and directions about it.

The new information or ideas did I find in the text is when the lecturers is expected
explicit for a course including assessment items and grading procedures, lecturers is also
considered that if they were uncertain of what lecturers expected of them as graduate student and
they also believed as non-native English speaker they needed very explicit directions and much
more guidance than native English speaker. According to the text non-native English speaker
prepared to teach invariably express concern about a possible language barrier. If the students are
experiencing difficulty in a course, it is easy to point to an instructor's accented English as the
source of that difficulty, even if it is not true. Remember that communication flows in two
directions: teacher to student, and student to teacher. Both you and your students are working
together to create the learning environment while the native English speaker the university
requires all applicants to demonstrate competence in the English language at a very high level
before they begin their proposed course of study. All applicants for whom English is not a native
language will be asked to upload of their competence in English unless they have completed a
qualification of their proposed course study. Adherence to this requirement is strict, especially
for candidates on one-year course you must be able to demonstrate that you are able to
communicate in English at a level and in an idiom suitable to the subject.

2. Synthesis Report
This study examines the contribute of native and non-native teachers to an English
Language Teaching (ELT) program. There are students from different classes of the program
evaluated the contributions of three native and seven non-native instructors, Illustrate the
contributions of the instructors from different perspectives including their knowledge of English
Language, teachings skills, and attitudes towards target culture, the study also include the
evaluation of the instructors or lecturers ability to teach some language skills and areas.

I will begin this paper with a definition of what I understand under native and non-native
English speaker, as there are many different notions of these terms and I want to make clear what
they are meant to express or represent in this paper. Thus, in the context of this paper, a native
speaker or L1 user of English is someone who has learned English as first language is a bio
developmental fact which cannot be changed afterwards in life through training or learning. This
also implies that nobody can ever become a native English speaker of another language than the
first one learned. Nevertheless, people can be native speakers of two or more languages when
they have acquired both languages early in childhood.
