WHAT BRINGS SICKNESS ?
There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile
him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile
the man. (Mk 7:15)
And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye
not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man,
it cannot defile him; (Mk 7:18)
Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out
into the draught, purging all meats? (Mk 7:19)
And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts,
adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness,
deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
All these evil things come from within, and defile the man, but to eat
with unwashen hands defileth not a man.(Mk: 7:20~23) (Mt 15:20)
NEW Commandments
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy
soul, and with all thy mind.- The First and Greatest Law ( Mat 22:37)
Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself (The Royal Law). On these two
commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (Mat 22:39 ~40)
Solution to Sins
The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. (1Jn 1:7)
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and
to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 Jn 1:9)
Your sins are forgiven (to) you for his name's sake.(1 Jn 2:12).
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we
might be made the righteousness of God in him. (2Cor5:21)
For he that is dead (with Christ) is freed from sin. (Rom 6:7)
Solution for Backsliding
O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by
thine iniquity. Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say
unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so
will we render the calves of our lips.
Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither
will we say any more to the work of our hands, Ye are our gods:
for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.
I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine
anger is turned away from him. I will be as the dew unto Israel:
he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon. His
branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree,
and his smell as Lebanon. (Hos 14:1 ~ 7)
CONFESSION TO LORD
But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath
committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful
and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be
mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he
shall live. (Eze 18: 21 ~22)
But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness,
and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the
abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his
righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his
trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath
sinned, in them shall he die. (Eze 18:24)
GOD dwelleth in us
No man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. (1 Cor
12:3).
Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in
him, and he in God.(1 Jn 4:15)
If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected
in us. (1 Jn 4:12)
And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread,
and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
(Exo 23:25).
And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his
friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before. (Job
42:10) (Also pray for your saints, brethren, unsaved relatives,
collegues, leaders, etc.)
Yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and
your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.(Rom 6:13)
7) Healing (through Blessing)
Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy
name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who
forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who
redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with
lovingkindness and tender mercies; (Ps:103 :1~3).
I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my
mouth. (Ps 34:1) I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will
praise thee among much people. (Ps 35:18)
And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the
revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of
Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I
besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me,
My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of
Christ may rest upon me. (II Cor 12: 7~9)
17) Healing (by magnifying Christ in the body)
That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. For from
within, out of the heart of men proceed evil thoughts.. (Mk 7:20 ~21)
God hath sent me(Jesus) to heal the brokenhearted (Lk 4:18)
19) Healing (by drinking fresh water)
But God clave an hollow place that was in the jaw, and there came
water thereout; and when he had drunk, his spirit came again, and he
revived: (Jd 15:19)
Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple
robe. And he bearing his cross went forth into ..Golgotha. And when
they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they
crucified him: And about the 9th hour Jesus cried with a loud voice,
saying... Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said
thus, he gave up the ghost.
21) Healing (by Repentance)
But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed,
and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall
surely live, he shall not die.
All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be
mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall
live. (Eze 18: 21 ~22)
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give
you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and
lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is
easy, and my burden is light. (Mat 11:28 ~30)
Not Healed (Return to the Lord)
The LORD will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with
the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch,
whereof thou canst not be healed. (Deu 28: 27)
The LORD shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs,
with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of
thy foot unto the top of thy head. (Deu 28: 35)
Not Resolved (Try to understand the Will of God)
Howbeit, because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the
enemies of the LORD to blaspheme, the child also that is born unto thee
shall surely die.
And Nathan departed unto his house. And the LORD struck the child that
Uriah's wife bare unto David, and it was very sick.
David therefore besought God for the child; and David fasted, and
went in, and lay all night upon the earth.
And the elders of his house arose, and went to him, to raise him up
from the earth: but he would not, neither did he eat bread with them.
And it came to pass on the seventh day, that the child died. And the
servants of David feared to tell him that the child was dead:..
Then David arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed himself,
and changed his apparel, and came into the house of the LORD, and
worshipped: then he came to his own house; and when he required,
they set bread before him, and he did eat. (II Sam 12: 14 ~20)
