All the selected candidates should complete Admission formalities  at the nearest/ any centre of Aakash throughout India
latest by 15/01/2020 (Wednesday). Those students who are unable to join by 15/01/2020, the scholarship offered to them
will become invalid.
Students studying in class XII who take admission with Aakash and pay their Registration Fee, Admission Fee & Tuition Fee
(1st Installment) on or before 31st December, 2019 will be allowed all-features access to Aakash iTutor till 31st March,
2020.

The Scholarship offered is applicable for any centre of Aakash throughout India.

CHECKLIST FOR COMPLETING ADMISSION FORMALITIES:

Please note that following documents should be carried along for completing the admission formalities at any centre of
Aakash in India:
Class X Mark sheet Photocopy
Two recent passport size color photographs
Course Fee: As applicable (Please refer Classroom Course Prospectus) or Web link :

A duly filled-in Admission Form (which will be provided at the Centre at the time of Admission).

Please Note:
• If at any point of time, the Govt. Charges GST/Service Tax on Scholarship granted, it will be borne by the Students only.
• Technology Fee & Examination Fee will be charged from students as per prospectus however, Top 500 students studying in
Class VIII, IX & X and 300 students studying in Class-XI & XII (Medical & Engineering), are exempted from this fee as a special
benefit.
• The highest amount of scholarship will not exceed 100% of overall fee in any case whatsoever.
• Kindly carry a printout of this result sheet along with copy of ANTHE Admit Card and a valid Photo-ID (Passport, School I-Card
etc.) to the centre at the time of completing admission formalities.

Note for Course Fee: No Cash will be accepted for Course Fee which includes Registration Fee, Admission Fee &
Installments (Including Tuition Fee, Exam Fee & Technology Fee).

Type-G: These Cash Awards are for those students who will be join Aakash for One Year Classroom Course for Class XI for
NEET, AIIMS/ JEE (Main & Advanced) & Board Exams and those students who will be join Aakash one Year Dropper/
Repeater Classroom Courses for NEET, AIIMS/ JEE (Main & Advanced).
Type-H: These Cash Awards are for those students who will be joining Aakash for Long Term Digital Course / DLP Course.

*NECESSARY INFORMATION/CONDITIONS ABOUT CASH AWARDS & EARLY ENROLLMENT BENEFITS:

1. A student will be eligible for Cash Awards in only one category out of the two programs either Classroom Course or Long Term
Digital / DLP Course, and not in both.

2. To be eligible for Cash Awards, it is mandatory for top 200 students (50 students in each class & stream XI & XII Medical/
Engineering) to join our Long Term Digital / DLP Course before 31st December, 2019 irrespective of whether they join our
Classroom Course or not. Once the Long Term Digital / DLP Course Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The
students will have to fill separate enrollment form for Long Term Digital / DLP Course. No fee will be charged for Long Term
Digital / DLP Course. It will be 100 % Free.

3. Students joining One Year Classroom Course or Long Term Digital / DLP Course for Class XII studying / passed will get 2 equal
installments Cash Awards on 15th June, 2020 & 15th November, 2020 by the centre of Aakash from where the student
appeared for ANTHE or enrolled in Aakash. Cash Awards shall be paid by cheque.

4. To be eligible for Cash Awards, a student needs to maintain minimum 85% attendance in classes and tests conducted by AESL
failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.
5. A student should maintain good performance i.e. either score an average of 65 % for Medical Stream & 60 % marks for
Engineering Stream in all Objective Tests conducted by AESL (including All India Aakash Test Series - AIATS) and maintain an

AIR in Top 300 in every AIATS as part of Classroom Course or Long Term Digital / DLP Course failing which will lead to
discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.

6. The final decision in both cases i.e. clause (4) and (5) vests with the Chairman & Managing Director, AESL and his decision will
be final & binding on the student / parents.

7. Students who take admission will be allowed complementary access to Aakash iTutor - Daily Practice Tests (200 Practice Tests
for students studying in class XII) till 31st March, 2020.

8. Students, studying in Class XI & XII who take admission with Aakash and pay their Registration Fee, Admission Fee & Tuition
Fee (1st Installment) on or before 31st December, 2019 will be allowed all-features access to Aakash iTutor till 31st March,
2020.

Fee Information for One Year Medical & Engineering Course (Class XI Studying/ Passed)
Tuition Fee: The Tuition Fee for Classroom Course is different at various centres of Aakash in the
country.

Registration Fee: The Registration Fee for each Classroom Course is ₹11800 /- (inclusive of GST @ 18%)
Admission Fee: The Admission Fee for each Classroom Course is ₹17700 /- (inclusive of GST @ 18%)
