It will help web viewers (student, parents and faculty) regarding to search like student fee

their home for online admissions. It provides ease and computerized system to search
student details, records more efficiently and maintain accuracy.

7.3 Usability, Accessibility, Reliability and User Friendliness of the System

Developing a web-site means that a user can easily visit to the organization’s site and can
easily get information from this site. This can help both the administration and the
students to effectively access the site and saves his/her time. This system performs all
activities described in the present system andprovide necessary information with
accuracy and efficiency. The system is design to keep in mind all the problems and the
drawbacks which can occur while developing a website. The system provides consistent
and reliable information to the students and administration. This system is dynamic and
one can easily get the information while sitting at home. The manual system was error
prone, inconsistent and inefficient. To overcome these problems in existing system, a
new system is established which must is efficient and much reliable. Telling stories and
inviting stakeholder input on websites is a great way to do that. It’s aboutmore than
presenting data; it’s about presenting timely information, and relevant communication.
Nobody cares what features you’ve got. They care if you’ve connected with them, if
you’ve informed them, if you’ve consulted with them. They care if they are in the loop –
within and outside the District. Each school vary widely in how ready they are to
generate and complete their site’s content; eachmust be dealt with in a unique way, based
on their resources and abilities. This is perhaps the most intensive part ofthe project and
represents a pass-or-fail in our ability to engage staff. Over the course of weeks or even
months, we have provided tight parameters, clear process, best practices, creative
resources and accountability in getting their content (written, visualand other) ready for
website development. We worked closely withIqra Rouzat -ul- Atfal School Sherpao
staff to achieve success. The document under view provides details of the software named
as “Iqra Rouzat -ul- Atfal Online School System” which is developed in a user friendly

and reliable manner. It provides visualization of the information, software specification,
its need and use.
