Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you feel about
conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did you feel about
discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your colleague react to your
assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you made will your colleague apply in
her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience? Why/Why not?

I observed my classmate Shamma in science class when she taught science she have
good abilities in the instructions in the modeling which was something I really wanted
to observe because keep the class and teaching good to show students the parts of
plant and how we plant. However, during the observation I felt that her student's
behavior was not good she should to manage students behavior to be better, and
some students don’t concentrate with the teacher when she explains to them. I notice
that student's sit in groups by their levels and her differentiation strategy with them.
She was confident when teaching students because she used tools to show students to
learn how we plant and I liked the way she changes her voice for students who
misbehavior. And she have useful assessment to let students predict and draw. After
the observation, I took some time talking to my classmate Shamma about her lesson,
and I told her about my feedback and I tolled her to use notes while students working
in groups.

Please share feedback immediately following the observation once the forms are completed.
