Senior Student in California School of Pharmacy (June-August 2014).
Participated in a 320 hours of advanced pharmacy program. Supervised the review, counselled
patients on dosages, and monitored patients’ drug therapy.
Internship year in the College of Pharmacy, Jazan University (August 2014- July-2015).

Hospital pharmacy:
Reviewed and dispensed medications, and counseled patients in order to minimize the medication
error as possible.
Internal medicine: Worked collaboratively with other persons on the medical team to provide the
ultimate treatment plan for all patients in the ward.
Community pharmacy: Established trustworthy relations with the patients and customers as well as
their health-care providers.
Pharmaceutical care skills-TDM: Monitored the narrow-therapeutic medications to increase
efficacy and decrease adverse effects.
