I have worked as a researcher in international groups, which

makes me someone easy to get along with. I worked as a
researcher in Europe, Singapore, and Canada. The exposure
to research environments developed abilities to learn quickly
any field of science, engineering or art. The all-rounded
experience and exposure turned me into a multidimensional
entrepreneur. My undergraduate degree and research thereafter
helped me a lot in understanding the overall width and depth
of science and engineering. It also contributed to the overall
development of myself as an entrepreneur.

I have worked in public and private sector companies. I have

experienced the taste of autonomy of working and also of working
strictly within a well-organized organizational structure. I
worked in Indian Oil, a public sector undertaking, where I
observed an autonomy of working at all the levels, with little
or nil interference from the top or lower management. On
the other hand, I have also worked with start-up, the Clear
Exam Ltd, where the responsibilities are more and job function
varies every day. There I experienced the need for efficiency
of the contribution you make to the organization every day as
the most important aspect of your job and your work assessment.

I have worked with an internet-based educational service

provider, Vedantu Corporation, which primarily deals with

managing and providing educational services online all over

the country. It induced immense interest in web-based services
and products. It also inculcated in me a convincing power for
clients. The online platform for teaching is an innovative and
very much modern model for education. It also inculcated in
me a discipline of timely, accurate and precise delivery of
the product for running a business efficiently and successfully.

With such a wide range of experience at various levels in var-

ious types of organizations, I strongly feel that a management
degree and training therein will greatly benefit my career
aspirations as a manager, as a leader, and as an entrepreneur.
I have observed the organizational flow and working of giant
organization as well as start-ups, and onsite companies as
well as online companies. With this tremendous experience
and closest exposure with the corporate world, and immense
interest in the Business World, I strongly believe that my
experience as an MBA candidate will be enriching and fulfilling.
