Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you feel about
conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did you feel
about discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your colleague react to
your assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you made will your
colleague apply in her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience?
Why/Why not?

I was happy to be in a position to represent my dream, which I sought as a teacher as well as in the
evaluation of my colleague Reem. It is a wonderful opportunity and an indescribable feeling. Whenever my
colleague Reem was happy during my observation, she showed enthusiasm and pride in explaining the
lesson because she felt responsible as a teacher for these students.

During my discussion with my colleague Reem after the lesson, I felt the responsibility and seriousness
with which these observations contribute to improving the methods of teaching students and raise their
educational level.

My colleague Reem reacted to her wonderful review where I accepted the assessment and accepted my
advice and will take them in the future in the next lessons. Being a self-confident figure and always striving
to develop herself, my colleague Reem agreed to accept her.

One of my suggestions for my colleague Reem is to give students a chance to think and talk to their friends
in the group. In addition, this is a valuable experience for me and my colleague Reem, which has greatly
contributed to increasing our self-confidence, developed our skill and made us more responsible.

Please share feedback immediately following the observation once the forms are
completed.
