The applicant claims that the Court should:

the temporary staff of the Translation Centre for Bodies of the European Union, residing at Sandweiler (Luxembourg), represented by Jean-Noël Louis and Françoise Parmentier, of the Brussels Bar, with an address for service in Luxembourg at the offices of Fiduciaire Myson SARL, 30 Rue de Cessange, v Translation Centre for Bodies of the European Union (Agents:

Nadia Lamboray and Denis Waelbroeck) — application, first,

for annulment of the decision of the Translation Centre for

Bodies of the European Union of 9 October 1997

the applicant with effect from 31 October 1997 and, second, for compensation for the material and non-material damage which that dismissal has caused to the applicant — the Court
