AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS RANDRICH MARION L. BAYONA FOR THE RESPONDENT

RANHNIEL MARC L. BAYONA

The UNDERSIGNED WITNESS respectfully states that:

I. ADMISSIONS AND DENIALS

1. I am Randrich Marion L. Bayona, 28 years old, married and residing at Camella, North
Springville, Bacoor, Cavite City.

2. I am the brother of herein Respondent Ranhiel Marc L. Bayona.

3. Last, October 2, 2017, I was informed by herein Respondent that he received a copy of
the Complaint-Affidavit of Jude Matthew Bernas.

4. In the Complaint, Mr. Bernas accuses me of violation of R.A. 7610.

5. Having read the complaint-affidavit, I vehemently deny that he could have committed any
of the aforesaid charges.

II. STATEMENT OF FACTS

1. The truth being that:

i. On August 11, 2017, a Friday, my brother informed me that there will be a
concert event at their school grounds in San Beda College Alabang;
ii. I am usually tasked by our parents to fetch him from school should he have
school activities.
iii. My brother was tasked to be an usherette, thus he informed me that he has to
stay for the whole duration of the concert.
 iv. He said that the event will finish at 10:00 in the evening, so I could fetch him at
around 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
v. I left our home at 9:00 pm taking into consideration possible traffic that I might
encounter en route to his school.
vi. I arrived at San Beda College Alabang at 10:30 PM where I saw my brother
waiting for me, with his friends wearing a ________ shirt.
vii. He rode in our car and we drove on our way home.
