environment, and mix in clear

recipe for success. There is no limit
to what that team can achieve.
I am so proud of the company we
have built together, of our culture
and our shared values. Let’s
continue to push forward, set our
targets even higher and aim for the

DeepR Analytics have spent eight
months since the turn of new year,
and the run that the company has
been on since then is magnificent.
DeepR Analytics has deployed cloud
centric technologies, built simulation
engine from scratch, transitioned to
an entirely new trading platform

HR-One gone live
HR-One is a DeepR’s first Human Resource
Management Software that was launched
among its employees near July month end.
It is a single
system to manage
a complete
lifecycle of an
employee making
it simple, scalable and accessible both
through mobile and web.
This software offers a plethora of features
including advanced features like
attendance tracking, leave management,
raising reimbursements.
DeepR hope its employees enjoy the
development and make the most out of it.
On-time arrival Policy
implemented
Unexpected traffic creating delayed arrival
of employees has been catered by 15
minutes early departure; where upon
reaching early, the buffer of 15 minutes can
be used by them in planning their day
ahead; meditating using headspace or any
recreational activity in breakout room.
& data provider, reconditioned the
existing monitoring application,
migrated to a new project
management system adopted new
research, design and
implementation workflows.
The company has managed to
accomplish all of this at
unbelievable pace. Now the goal is
not far and the time to reap the
benefits, of achievements of every
team has arrived.
For DeepR Analytics the next order
of business is to refine their systems
and deploy their algorithms in the
live market.

Behind the Name..
Where most of the people think that
the name of our company has been
inspired by DEEP Learning and R
language; it is not common knowledge
that it actually is an amalgamation of
initials of our founders: DEEPak and
Rejo, who started this venture back in
2015, to influence global trade market
with Machine learning based trading
algorithms.
