They look so nice; their choice of garments is extremely good! How come
their clothing and accessories embellished the feelings on their faces? These
were the ever erupting thoughts in his mind.
He is an explorer, an art lover and an admirer of creativity. Whenever he
visited the streets of Tokyo, Singapore, Paris, Berlin or Milan, he always
noticed the feelings about fashion products. And he realised that the feelings
towards the international brands were different from those towards the
products available in the Indian Market. The reason being the quality of the
product, the touch, the fabric, the feel and the look which differed drastically
from the products available in the Indian markets.

This may have been a simple difference to observe for most of us, but not for
Dhruv Kakadia. Dhruv explored the reasons, visited renowned fashion
stores, met designers and spoke with many craftsmen just to conclude that
the feelings were the most important by-product of fashion you do. The
feeling of wearing something nice and comfortable enhances the calmness of
personality, makes you look happy and upgrades your social status. This
calmness makes you look pleased and in control, which a creative fashion
designer wants to achieve on the runway, in his fashion model. This
establishes that the quality of material, the quality of the people involved in
the creation and the quality of the presenters are the essentials of good
fashion designing. Comfort, confidence and crispiness in looks is the result
of the feelings that your fashion gives you, and which the user expresses in
their style.

Although, Dhruv knew that he had an inquisitive personality but he didn’t know
that this inquisitiveness will turn him into an entrepreneur. As he moved
forward in his exploration, his desire to collect the best from the world, curate it
in the finest and create an artistic masterpiece from the resources and talent
acquired got serious. Over a period, he realized that he was pursuing his desire
to make in India. On the quest to chase his dream, he started collecting the best
resources available in different parts of the world and addressing his desire of
presenting the best quality fashion products to the finest in India.
Over 2 years of excursions, research and hard work, transformed this explorer
into an entrepreneur and to aid him in this adventure, another dynamic
business leader Keval Navdiya came to his support. By this time, his business
idea had a clear objective - “create the best quality fashion products in tune with
International trends and design for comfort, feelings and high fashion look”.

“Initially, it was not easy to procure the highest quality material as the existing
big players in the market, kept a strong supply control in giving priority to
specific markets and the manufacturers. It took a lot of efforts and follow-ups
with raw material cultivators, farmers and manufacturers before we could
procure that quality which we wanted to offer to the Indian market”, says Dhruv
Kakadia.

“His desire to create the best and his belief that there was a premium audience
who looks for super-premium quality but to get that, they have to travel abroad
and shop in high street fashion stores to get the quality which can give them the
look of International/ European fashion. His idea to create great feelings in
people for the fashion they do, motivated me to join him and support his
endeavour in the best possible manner”, says Keval Navadiya.
