a. The imporler shall be responsible for the quallty, efficacy and safety of all
the therapeutic goods manufactured and sold by him.

b. He shall abide by all the pfgvisions of the Drug Regulatory Authority of

Pakistan A.ct, 2012 (XXl of ?012) except those exempted under the said
Act. l

c. He shall immediately recall the defectec therapeutic goods within 15 days

a'fter intimation to him and report the cornpliance to the Authority.

d. He shall be responsible to *ithdru* the unsafe therapeu'tic goods frcm the

market if so declared by the:Authority. He shall also'report-adverse affect
r.epofis, (if any), to the Authority within 15 days period and notify focal
person for such repofiing. ' ;

e. Any other ,"i.rrn, condition imposed by the Authority in rfuture.

t. This certificate shall not be valid after the date notified.by the Authoriiy
throu gh official gazette.

if it is suspended, revoked, becomes invalid or its holder winds up his
