Kieán truùc laø "voû bao che" hieän ñaïi , heä thoáng lam che naéng ,
maùi ñöôïc boá trí taïo vi khí haäu toái öu cho coâng trình ñoàng
thôøi taïo neân dieän maïo môùi hieän ñaïi nhöng thaân thieän vôùi caùc
khoaûng luøi hôïp lyù , hình thöùc maùi taïo bieåu töôïng nhö "caùnh
chim" chaøo ñoùn . Taát caû moïi goùc nhìn ñeàu ñöôïc chaêm chuùt ,
