We would like to ask for your permission for the Corps of Scholar Cadets not to attend the
Christmas Extravaganza which will be held by the Student Council this coming December 17,
2019. As discussed, there will be a lot of expenses and preparations for the extravaganza. We
strongly believe that it will hinder our schedule here in the dormitory and also our academics. With
that said, we would like to suggest that instead of preparing for the extravaganza the cadets
should instead prepare for the Preliminary Exams and the upcoming NSA Assessment this
December 14, 2019.

Also, the school will be conducting their Preliminary Examination this December 11 – 13, 2019.
Due to the trainings held last semestral break, we were not able to spend time with our family. As
to such, we would to ask for your permission for us to go home early this December for us to be
able to bond and spend time with our family. We will be very much delighted if you will consider
our request.
