Hospitality Rider 2015

The entire FINNTROLL touring party will consist of max. 11 people including driver.
Please check with our agency for the exact size of the travelparty at your show!

UPON ARRIVAL: IN THE FINNTROLL DRESSING ROOM.


For all the Finntroll tour party and to be kept available from get in until after load out. Please
ensure that all cold snacks and drinks are to be kept cold. Either refrigerated or on ice.

- Enough plates, cups, knives, forks and spoons for 11 people.


- 40 Sandwiches with fillings including, but not limited to, different kinds of Cheese, Ham, Beef,
Tuna, Chocolate Spread, etc. margarine, condiment selection
- 1 Salami sausage no shorter than 40 cm in length
- 2 litres cold fresh milk
- 1 tray of fresh cut vegetables with dips
- Chocolate, potato chips, salted peanuts, chips, pickled cucumbers etc.
- 1 plate of cheese assortment
- 10 protein candy bars
- Coffee, cream, sugar, teas incl. English breakfast tea, camomile tea. Coffee and tea making
facilites.
- 36 half litre bottles of still mineral water (no bubbles)
- 16 half litre bottles of sparkling water
- 24 half litre bottles of soft drinks: coca cola, cola light, fanta, sprite, ginger ale, iced tea, etc.
- 8 cans of energy drinks (Red Bull preferred)
- 3 litres of fresh orange and apple juice
- 1 case of quality international beer
- 8 bottles of Sol beer plus lime
- 2 bottles of quality red wine
- 2 bottles of quality white wine
- 1 bottles of quality vodka (Smirnoff, Absolut, Stolichnaya etc.)

EVENING MEAL
Take‐away or fast food will not (!) be accepted. A satisfying, good quality 3 course hot meal for 11
people; including hot food, meat (no fish or pork), with potatoes, rice or pasta and two vegetarian
options. To be supplied at a time agreed with the tour manager after sound‐check and not less
than 2 hours prior to show time. The meal should be provided in a quiet, pleasant location; either
in a nearby restaurant, or in a room at the venue. In the event of a meal not being provided by the
venue, the Artist agrees to accept money in lieu of a meal. This will be of not less than 20 GB
Pounds / 25 Euros per person (or equivalent amount in local currency). This is payable in cash to
Artist’s tour manager by sound check.

Important: Due to allergies, carnivore/meat meals should not include bell pepper (paprika), any
kinds of nuts or parsnip under any circumstances. One band member is allergic to raw vegetables
and fruits. All vegetables must be thoroughly cooked. One band member is allergic to fish. Three
(3) vegetarians in the touring party.

FOR STAGE:
To be handed to the Artist’s crew no later than 30 minutes before show time.

- 12 bottles of quality international beer. Served cold.


- 12 half litre bottles of still water (no bubbles)
- 12 half litre bottles of sparkling water
- 12 clean, washed hand towels

AFTER SHOW:
To be delivered to the artist dressing room directly after the show. All drinks to be served cold.

- 1 cases of quality international beer


- 1 bottle of quality vodka (Smirnoff, Absolut, Stolichnaya etc.)
- 1 case of dry cider (if possible, please advise the tour manager for alternatives)

LOAD OUT:
‐ To be arranged with the tour manager and delivered no later than after load out. 9 large quality
pizzas. Served hot.

SUPPORT HOSPITALITY:
All Support Hospitality is to be approved in advance by the Tour Manager.
