There was a presentation session of the training on lean six sigma 5s headed by the
honourable Vice Chancellor. Department wise 5s implementation was presented in
front of the dignitaries. Certificates(yellow belt) were awarded to the training
attendees by honourable Vice Chancellor.
Orientation program
is “a technique by which a
new employee is rehabilitat-
ed into the changed sur-
roundings and introduced to
the practices, policies and
purposes of the organiza-
tion.” Every employee who
joins the institution should be
aware of the rules and regu-
lations of the HR department,
the important dignitaries, the
do’s and don’ts and, dress
code awareness, special com-
mittees, leave rules and their
purpose of work as self-
awareness.
A team is formed when individuals with similar interest come together to realize a common dream.
To have a good team work appreciation, motivation and encouragement is essential and every indi-
vidual should contribute towards their growth of success.
