DOS:
1. DO EXERCISE REGULARLY (YOUR TOXINS WILL BE FLUSHED OUT THRU SWEAT PORES OR URINE)
2. EAT MORE FRUITS AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER IF YOU FEEL HUNGRY.
3. WALKING IS A MUST – WALK ATLEAST 2 KM MORNING AND 1 KM IN THE EVENING DAILY.
4. CONSUME LOT OF GREEN TEA (WITH LESS SUGAR) – IF YOU CRAVE FOR MILK TEA OR MILK
COFFEE.
5. USE HONEY WITH PHULKA; IF YOU DON’T WANT TO HAVE VEGETABLE CURRY

DONTS:
1. DO NOT EAT LOTS OF LEAFY VEGETABLES – THEY DON’T DIGEST EASILY.
