1. Could you tell me about yourself ?

My name is Yoren Jhon Elvianus Tuwonaung. You can call me Yoren. I was
born on June 2nd , 2002. I live in Banjarbaru, and I’ve just graduated from
Indonesia University, majoring in International Relations.
2. I believe that you have had some job experience before. Could you tell me
about it ?
I was an intern in Central Agency on Statistics of South Kalimantan Province
I made contributions in terms of data entry, network maintenance, and writing
files ,with the company’s main goal to became the Pioneer of Reliable
Statistical Data.
3. What is your education background ? Can you give me some more
information ?
My educational background was International Relation and IT. I studied my
bachelor degree in Indonesia University, majoring in International Relations
and I finished my study after 4 years of study. before going to college I went
to vocational school majoring in computer networks at telkom school where I
got my IT.
4. Why do you think this job is interesting ?
I think this job as content writer is interesting. It’s all because I’m really into
writing and I’d like to spread good news to the world through with my
writings.
5. Tell me about your plan in 5 years !
In five years, I would plan to be an industry expert that others can go to for
ideas, help and strategy, I’d like to achieved a higher position, and I’d like to
have taken the lead on a projects I’m passionate about.
6. Did you have any bad experiences in your previous job ?
Yes, I have one , Everything started with a little shaky at the beginning of my
work at that time, because I didn’t feel as if I was getting enough feedback to
know if I was meeting performance expectations. however, I was able to
communicate this to my boss. Very quickly, we developed a close working
relationship, and I learned a lot from him .
7. I believe every person has got strengths and the weaknesses of their own.
How about you ?
I think my strength is I can work well both individually and within a team,
and my passion to learn new things. For the weakness, I think sometimes I
feel frustrated when I have too much work and feel burdened.
8. Suppose you were accepted here and worked for about 5 months. Then
there was someone who offered you a job with a higher salary. Would
you accept it ?

9. What do you really like in your life and don’t ?

10.How much salary are you looking for ?

I am expecting my salary to be around four million rupiahs every month. I do
realize that I have a lot to prove to this company. If I can prove myself in a
good way in the next couple of months, I believe my salary is going to adjust
itself.
