Duties & Responsibilities

 Coordinating and supervising construction workers
 Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
 Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

 Following the construction activities with the site foremen in the site.
 Submitting RFI to the consultant for approval and attending the progress review meetings.
 Following the updating / revising the drawings and submitting the variation report to the
concerned dept.
 Coordinating with all Discipline engineers such as mechanical, electrical and architectural
to avoid repetitive work.
 Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through RFI.
 Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager.
 Participating in the technical and progress meetings and record the minutes of meeting

meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-compliance report
 Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated
from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices.

results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations,
permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
 Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and
oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
 Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project
specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement

to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
