. This has reference to the North Zone meeting held at Jaipur on 13th & 14thmay 2019,
wherein Director (CM) has desired that all the officers has to work in a target oriented
fashion with clear understanding of the need of the hour and required to be actively involved
in the works as detailed below apart from their assigned regular supervisory works, so as to
achieve the revenue targets as well as physical targets.

Needless to say that each one of us has to put his or her best foot forward and ensure'
that we, as a team work with a single minded aim of generating, realizing and maximizing
revenues by providing top quality innovative telecom services.

It is expected that everybody will focus on the above points in addition to their
regular assigned works and controlling Officers will monitor progress on these point on day
to day basis. The concerned vertical head in Circle Office will be equally responsible and
will have to monitor the SSA's performance on above points also' and update the same to the
undersigned on weekly basis.
