The Case of Kevin Cross ― From May to August 2009 , the Government of On-
tario had received reports that Cross’ company, Greens–Keeper , had been
APPL YI NG BANNED HERBI CI DES T O three RESI DENT I AL PRO PERT I ES .

The reports were received from competitors operating in the Prof essional Lawn
Care Industry ― several T RAI T O RO US Franchise Businesses have instructed
their members and staff to betray their competitors to the Government.

These Franchise Businesses operate just like Nazi I nform ants .

Some of these same T RE ACHERO US businesses also SU PPO RT ED PRO HI BI T I O N since

they were investors in Green Alternatives ( that later turned out to be BOGUS ).

Kevin Cross was CHARG ED following an investigation by the Ontario Enviro–

Terrorist Investigations and Enforcement Branch .

Cross was fined 12,000 dollars , plus a victim fine surcharge, and was given one
year to pay the fine.

On April 22nd, 2009, the Government of Ontario implemented legislation for the NEEDLESS,
SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBITION against pest control products.

An Exception Status was provided to industries like golf, sports fields, specialty turf, for-
estry, and agriculture ― these industries employed THE VERY SAME pest control products
otherwise prohibited for the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry.

The legislation was implemented despite the fact that the prohibited pest control products
were still FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE.

Moreover, there were serious issues with the Ontario Minister of the Environment, John Ger-
retsen, who was responsible for implementing PROHIBITION. Gerretsen was INDISCREET
with his CLOSE PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS with RADICAL and SUBVERSIVE Enviro–Maniac–
Activists.

The DEVASTATION of the Professional Lawn Care Industry was EXTENSIVE because there
were NO valid economical alternatives to replace the prohibited products.

VIRTUALLY ALL Green Alternatives were almost TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE, except under very
specific circumstances. The Green Alternatives were BOGUS.

Consequently, Professional Lawn Care Companies were UNABLE to provide adequate weed
and insect control, and were UNABLE to keep their customers satisfied.

In 2009, the Ontario Professional Lawn Care Industry lost over 300,000,000 DOLLARS.

In 2010, observers expected losses to reach 500,000,000 DOLLARS.

By late 2009, 40 to 70 % of Professional Lawn Care customers were ANNIHILATED.

By late 2009, OVER 5,000 HAPLESS VICTIMS were UNEMPLOYED ( full time employees and
summer students ).

Because of the PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, Professional Lawn Care businesses were forced

to TERMINATE many or most of their employees.

In 2010, observers expected 8,300 to 12,500 UNEMPLOYED.

Because of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, Professional Lawn Care businesses, which at one

time provided a good living and some equity for eventual sale for retirement, became
WORTHLESS !

Because of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, many multi–vehicle Professional Lawn Care busi-

nesses were forced to DOWN–SIZE their operations to a single truck.

Because of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, by 2010, there was a GLUT OF USED–EQUIP–MENT–

FOR–SALE because of the DOWN–SIZING and EXODUS of Professional Lawn Care busi-
nesses.

Because of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, several dozen companies were forced to exit from

the market by late 2009.
Within 36 months after the implementation of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, observers ex-
pected 780 BUSINESS FAILURES or BANKRUPTCIES.

Because of PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, no one was able to buy or sell a Professional Lawn

Care business !

Because of the PROHIBITION–TERRORISM, Professional Lawn Care businesses were simply

ABANDONED.

In jurisdictions where PROHIBITION–TERRORISM was successful, public green spaces and

sports fields became WEED–INFESTED and INSECT–INFESTED.

They became OVER–RUN by dandelions and other weeds, and were DESTROYED by damag-
ing insect pests.

THE PROHIBITION OF PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS REPRESENTED A HAZARD TO ANYONE

USING THESE PLAYING SURFACES, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN.

When it rained, pest–infested playing surfaces were SLIPPERY MUD BOGS.

When dry, pest–infested playing surfaces were AS HARD AS CONCRETE.

Pest–infested playing surfaces not only looked like GARBAGE DUMPS, they were also DAN-
GEROUS ― ESPECIALLY TO CHILDREN !

Ontario, and provided observers with valuable facts about the LEVEL OF CARNAGE to expect
for Ontario.

Since 2006, Quebec PROHIBITION–TERRORISM was DEVASTATING to the Professional Lawn

Care Industry ― OVER 60 per cent of the Professional Lawn Care Industry was ANNIHI-

In January 2010, the Green Space Industry outlined the list of CHARGES against the Gov-
ernment of Ontario and the Ministry of the Environment.

The legal proceedings were organized by Jeffrey P. Lowes and M–REP Communications.

Additionally, individual members of Environmental–Terror–Organizations also faced

CHARGES under the Canadian Criminal Code.

By August 2010, M–REP Communications commenced CIVIL ACTION to recover the HOR-
RENDOUS LOSSES caused by PROHIBITION–TERRORISTS.

Force Of Nature, and its various incarnations, is the brainchild of William H. Gathercole and his colleagues. Mr. Gathercole is a principal FOUN-
DER of the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry in BOTH Ontario and Quebec. He holds a degree in Horticulture from the UNIVERSITY OF
GUELPH, and another pure and applied science degree from McGILL UNIVERSITY. He has worked in virtually all aspects of the Green Space In-
dustry, including GOLF, PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE, and CHEMICAL INDUSTRY, and has served in environmental compliance, government
negotiations, public affairs, and workplace safety. Mr. Gathercole has supervised, consulted, programmed, and/or overseen the successful and
safe execution of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of pest control applications in the urban landscape. He has trained, instructed, and consulted
with THOUSANDS of turf managers and technicians. Mr. Gathercole has also been an agricultural agronomist. For many years, Mr. Gathercole
was a contributing columnist for TURF & Recreation Magazine, Canada’s Turf and Grounds Maintenance Authority.

Mr. Gathercole and his colleagues have followed the evolution of ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISM for over a quarter century. For FIFTEEN
YEARS, the strategies designed and implemented by Mr. Gathercole and his colleagues guaranteed the control of the VERMIN OF ENVIRON-
MENTAL TERROR for the entire Modern Green Space Industry across Canada. Their involvement in Environmental Issues reached a fevered
pitch in the 1990s, when he orchestrated, with his colleagues, legal action against the Forces of Environmental Evil in the Town of Hudson,
Quebec.

Today, Mr. Gathercole is the ONLY TRUE RELIABLE WITNESS of the Hudson Affair. Mr. Gathercole is personally credited for crafting the Golf
Industry Exception Status that endures to this day. He is also the creator of the signs that are now used for posting after application. His vast
