CLIENT OVERVIEW

IndiaFIRST™ Robotics Academy is a robotics training and research division of Habib Animatos Pvt. Ltd.
School students in the age group of (6 -22)yrs. are trained thoroughly by our expert engineers in Robotics
Technology.

Habib Animatos Pvt. Ltd. has been on the forefront of technology knowledge promotions since April 2009.
They have received appreciation letters from Shri. Narendra Modi, Prime minister of India and the then
Chief Minister of Gujarat State and Shri. Ramanlal Vora, Education Minister of Gujarat State for the excellent
work carried out by HABIB ANIMATOS in the State of Gujarat for the school and college students.

WHAT WERE THEIR OBJECTIVE?

IndiaFIRST™ Robotics Academy came on-board with the requirement of launching their own site and to
reach the entire audience who are intrested in the services they provide, and increase their sales by the end
of 2016.

The new site was a complete overhaul, with new content and new site structure and ka-BOOM after 10
months here we are
SO, WHAT DID WE DO?

As the website was completely new in SERP, some important parameters had to be completed so that it
could be crawled by Google. Our SEO Team at TechnoOyster sat down and planned all the technicalities
involved so that the best SEO practices in the Industry were performed.

The approach taken at TechnoOster was very methodical. By making sure the new site was technically
optimised for search, coupled with extensive and the provision of continuing digital marketing consultancy
services, the site launch was a resounding success.

TechnoOyster then performed a very detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to get an overview
of the potential of their business.

After the 1st month analysis report, we could have a sense that most of the potential targets were left
untapped and there is a lot of audience who weren’t targetted properly. After another comprehensive
Keyword analysis , we focussed more on content building . TechnoOyster built upon this strong foundation by
implementing a focussed content creation programme and the development of a comprehensive social
media presence.

Through a focussed Local SEO campaign, TechnoOyster achieved local organic ranking dominance early on
in the campaign through focused on-page optimisation and content improvements.

WHAT WERE THE RESULTS?

After 10 months of effective SEO on their website we could clearly see that the SEO juice is being
distributed properly to each and every page of their website.From the last analysis report from November we
saw 3x or more improvements in all the parameters that was essential for both SEO as well as business
point of view. From a mere 25 potential leads to 564 business oriented leads in a span of 10 months, we at
TechnoOyster created an environment for our client so that proper branding and high quality content made
sure they had established a very prominent position in this sector and were rated quite high above their other
