Tubig, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, herein called the VENDOR;

Philippine Currency, received from FERNANDO SIMBAJON GRECIA JR., Filipino, of legal age, married, and also
residence of Purok Okra, Tabuc-Tubic, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, herein called the VENDEE;

hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, in a manner absolute and irrevocable unto and in favor of the
said VENDEE, his heirs and assigns, that certain motor vehicle more particular described as follows, to wit:

Dumaguete City District Office.

That I hereby warrant and defend the right of ownership of the VENDEE over the said motor vehicle against any
person who may have an adverse claim over the said unit which is the subject of this sale;
