Description: Through the Freedom of Information Act we respectfully request copies on file with EPA of any and all
documents including, but not limited to, studies, administrative actions, site visits, letters etc., regarding the dump
on the Island of Culebra throughout the period of 1995 to present. While we are willing to pay, we request that fees
be waived as CORALations is a non-profit coral reef conservation organization, that plans to use this information
for educational purposes, specifically by sharing information with managers of the Canal de Luis Peña, Reserva
Natural, the first Marine Protected Area designated in Puerto Rico's waters. The waters and sea grass beds of this
reserve enjoy multiple federal critical habitat designations, and receive runoff from this dump.
While we are not requesting expedition, it is our hope the agency grants the request , and shares the documents
as soon as possible. We also hope the agency can, if possible send copies of these documents electronically.
