Entrepreneurship can be defined as the capacity and willingness to organize, develop

and manage a business venture despite taking risks and uncertainty to make a profit. In
economics, entrepreneurship combined with land, labor, natural resources and capital can
produce profit. To be successful, attention must lean towards creativity and hard work despite

future projects, bills, utilities, maintenance of machines and staffs’ salary. Furthermore, this is
not the only problem faced by the company. Another problem that can be highlighted is the
consistency of the economy. As the economy changes due to politics and environment, the cost
of raw material fluctuates unpredictably. This also lead to threat from suppliers and other
competitors.

1. Produce an effective financial planning and use the recorded past data to develop and
control cash flow of the company.

not easy to handle.

the supplier may ensure the affordable price rate and secure the incoming of raw
material.

i. Low price from supplier
ii. Ensuring the supply of raw material
iii. Ensuring job incoming due to good relationship with clients.

15
• Disadvantages
