Nurse is one of the most human professions in the world. A person of this specialty needs
to have certain spiritual qualities, such as kindness, patience, sensitivity, trustworthiness, respect,
mercy and compassion. In addition to these qualities, a nurse should be hardworking, modest,
observing and have a desire to learn new things and constantly improve his skills.
The work of general practitioners largely depends on the qualifications, the proper
organization of the work of nurses and their human qualities. A nurse must have threefold
qualifications: scientific - to understand the disease, heart - to understand the patient, technical -
to care for the sick (Ellis & Hartley, 2001). The nurse should inspire confidence in the patient so
that in her presence he is not embarrassed by any procedure. In addition to treatment, people
need the kind attitude, attention, sensitivity and care that they expect from nurses (Benjamin &
Curtis, 2010). At her workplace, the nurse should forget about herself and give all the main time
communicative influences in the process of caring for the patient, and helping him to overcome
negative emotions. To implement it, the nurse must be ready for empathy, must show kindness,
respect, participation and be responsive (Ellis & Hartley, 2001). However, it is also necessary to
knowledge, thanks to professional development, due to improving the quality of self-training that
the nurse grows. All these points stand out with particular strength and significance when it

patients are the main moral characteristic of a good nurse. The ability to train for nurses, their
responsibilities is very important in the field of healthcare. Being a nurse means to feel the pain
that the patient is experiencing, have the desire to help him and have the ability to ease his pain.
