Project Integrated Material Management

Description Integrated Material Management (IMM) is a supply chain manager of

airplane parts, operating out of Boeing Spares. These Supplier-
owned parts are forward deployed in order to meet specific service
levels agreed upon with various airline Customers. The Customer
consumes the inventory as needed, forwards the transactions to
IMM, and is then invoiced based on these consumption
transactions. All Customer consumption transactions are forwarded
to the Supplier.
