CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

PARTIES
1. BHAVICS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD
2. SNEHA BOBAN
Date of Commencement
2.1 The Employee’s employment commenced on 5TH DECENBER 2019
2.2 No employment with a previous employer counts towards the Employee period of
continuous employment

PROBATION
The first three months of the Employee’s employment with the company will be a
probationary period. The Employee’s employment may be terminated by the Employee or the
Company on one week’s notice in writing at any time during the period. At the Employer’s
discretion this period may be extended for a further three months.

JOB TITLE
The Employee is employed as Office Staff (Lead Generator). As an your job, it is the
duty of the Employee to perform all essential job functions and duties. From time to time, the
Employer may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the Employee’s work.

This contract of employment is executed and entered into by and between Bhavics Technologies
Pvt Ltd and Employee.

Both of whom voluntarily bind themselves to the following term and conditions:

1. Employee Job Title or Position: Office Staff (Lead Generator)


2. Basic Monthly Salary: 10000 + Incentives.
3. Compensation
As compensation for the services provided, the employee shall be paid a wage of RS.
1,20,000 per annum and will be subject to an annual performance review. All payments
shall be subject to mandatory employment deductions (state and federal taxes, social
security, Medicare).

4. Benefits
The employee has the right to participate in any benefits plans offered by the employer.
The employer currently offers [PF and ESI].Assess to these benefits will only be possible
after the probationary period has passed.

5. Insurance
If ESI is not available there will be family insurance premium.

6. The company will hold the first month salary as a security deposit and there will be six
month notice period before a resignation (If needed).

7. Duration of Contract
The duration of the contract should not be less than one (1) year.

8. Working Days and Working Hours


Normal working days shall be six days per week and one day paid holiday per week. If
necessary available on contact 24 hrs a day. Working time will be 9.30 am to 6 pm.

9. Leave Benefit
The employer shall clearly state the weekly holidays, annual holidays and annual
vacation specifying number of days, payment or wages or other compensation, which
shall be according to the laws of the country of the employment.
10. Paid Time Off
Following the probationary period, the employee shall be eligible for the paid time off:
 Length of time for vacation.
 Length of time for sick / personal days.
 Bereavement leave may be granted if necessary.

The employer reserves the right to modifying any paid time off policies.

11. Termination
It is the intension of both parties to form a long and mutually profitable relationship.
However, this relationship may be terminated by employer at any time.The employee
agrees to return any employer property upon termination.

12. Non –completion and confidentiality.


As an employee you will have access to confidential information that is the property of
the employer. You are not permitted to disclose this information outside of the company.

13. Entirety
This contract represents the entire agreement between the two parties and supersedes any
previous return or oral agreement. This agreement may be modified at any time, provided
the consent of both the employer and employee.

14. Legal authorization


The employee agree that he or she fully authorized to work in India and can provide
proof of this with legal documentation. This documentation will be obtained by the
employer for legal records.

15. Documents
Company had right to hold employees valid documents.
16. Transfer
The employer exercises the right to transfer the employee at any time without any
advanced notice.
17. Severability
The parties agree that if any portion of this contract is found to be void or unenforceable,
it shall be struck from the record and the remaining provisions will retain their full force
and effect.

18. Jurisdiction
These contracts shall be governed, interpreted, and construed accordance with the laws
ofKerala, Thiruvananthapuram India.

19. Training
Employee should attend all the training programs provided by the company.

20. Other Terms and Conditions: Other terms and conditions favorable to the employee not
covered herein and which the laws of country of employment provide. Shall apply and
form part of this contract.

In witness and agreement whereof, the employer has executed this contract with due process through
the authorization of official company agents and with the consent of the Employee, given here in
writing.
