Real Estate Modelling:

Description: Real Estate firm need to be consistent in their pricing in order to attract buyers.
Worked upon real state modelling for a major Real Estate Firm as a client to predict the price of
property which is one of important decision criterion when people buy homes by building Linear
Regression models using independent variable datasets like states, address, pin code, home loan
price etc.

Retail Modelling:
Description: Classification analysis: opening of new shop.
Worked on classification machine learning algorithm (Logistic Regression and Random
forest) on dataset which is related to retail domain and henceforth predict whether the
store should get opened or not based on certain factor like population, sales, area etc
with good accuracy score on training data set.

Banking Modelling:
Description: Worked on banking modelling of Portuguese Bank which was rolling out of term
deposits by developing various statistical models (Logistic Regression) based on past information
like customer characteristics, previous campaign information and characteristics etc to predict the
potential customer for subscription of product which helped the bank marketing staff avoiding
irrelevant calls to other bank customers.

Classification analysis: Caravan Insurance Policy
Data analysis, manipulation, parameter tuning and prediction using Random Forest to
predict the potential customers which would help the staff so that the cost of sending junk
mails and calls can be reduced.
