I. VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT

II. COURSE DESCRIPTION


A comprehensive appraisal of specific felonies penalized in Book II of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, their nature, elements and
corresponding penalties.

III. GENERAL OBJECTIVES


At the end of the semester, the students are expected to know:
