Team Members
Discuss the specific aspects of your own contributions to the team project that you think
were especially successful (e.g., special skills, specific tasks).
During the photographing stage, we decided I wasn’t going to be our hand model anymore and Nathan
took over. As a result of this change I was freed up to look at the big picture of our photos and project,
and sort of supervise/oversee the photos and from further back and suggest different ideas. I feel like I
helped a lot with the lighting, angles, and overall quality of the pictures without physically being in or
taking the pictures. Additionally I was able to plan a mutual time for all of us to meet at my house, as well
as provide a workspace with ample room and lighting.
Discuss the specific aspects of at least one peer’s contributions to the team project that
you think were especially successful (e.g., special skills, specific tasks).
James spent a lot of time retouching the photos outside of class/ our outside meetings, which significantly
raised the quality of our pictures. Additionally Ryan coordinated a lot of the work and planned what we
needed to do each time we met.
Discuss the specific aspects of your collaborative efforts that you’d like to improve in the
future.
I would like to get better at discussing my plans with my team, at least briefly, before going through with
them. Most of the time it’s not an issue, but its best to have everyone on the same page for maximum
efficiency.
Discuss any aspects of your group’s performance that you feel need further elaboration
