1. Mission
Grow Specialty Rental business within the defined sales territory.
2. Job Description
Assess the market potential based upon the territory, industry sectors.
Plan, prioritize and execute sales activities to convert the potential into rental
orders to achieve business targets.
Prospect new customers and develop strong relationships with the existing ones.
Work closely in energy and manufacturing segments
Maximize fleet and financial profitability with value based selling.
Use the companies CRM system (SFDC) to enter customer data, and plan,
prioritize and monitor your sales activities.
Follow PGA, use of IIR, Show pad and Map anything for efficient sales approach
Respond to and follow-up sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assess market trends and look for new applications for rental services
Follow-up, lead and manage the complete sales process, from prospecting until
payment and tax receipts are collected
Monitor and report upon competitor activities on a regular basis, abiding by the
Atlas Copco Business Code of Practice.
Proactive approach in enquiry generation and well organized
Initiate, develop and implement Marketing plans and strategies for Rental
Business
Identify and Develop new business opportunities in coordination with other
divisions
Lead from front to enter the new markets and counter competition
Develop and understanding of key customer requirements and establish product
benefits over the competition, to lead in the development of markets and profitable
growth.
Fully participate in promotional plan of the company (exhibitions, marketing
actions, product presentations, etc)
Maintains awareness of competition products, pricing, market statistics and trends.
Achieve Business Plan sales goals as assigned
Effective provision of sales data, including the timely recording of visits and
analysis of sales performance
Receivables management in the assigned territory
Perform other duties as assigned

3. Experience Requirements
Min 4 to 8 years of experience in selling industrial rental, services, or capital
equipment. People with more experience shall be considered accordingly.
Experience with Oil & Gas customers shall be a plus
A technical aptitude, with exposure to compressed air and generator applications
and products.
4. Knowledge
Intermediate IT skills.
Drivers licence.
5. Educational Requirements
Technical degree, and/or technical/mechanical/electrical qualifications, or similar via
experience.
6. Personality Requirements
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills.
Communication
Communicates appropriately with a variety of stakeholders including external partners,
teams and individuals.
Team Work
Maintains working and respectful relationships with existing partners. Works effectively
within a team.
