MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)

BETWEEEN

AND

The agreement made and entered into on day of 20-----Between Jann Sevak Samiti (hereinafter
referred as JSS ) situated at bhilai and SWAMI SWAROOPANAND SARASWATI
MAHAVIDYALAY (hereinafter referred as SSSMV SITUATED at Bhilai Nagar ,Distt Durg
, Chhattisgarh )

1.OBJHECTIVE OF THE MOU .

The main objective of the MOU is to promote collaboration between JAN SEVAK SAMITI AND SWAMI
SWAROOPANAND SARASWATI MAHAVIDYALAYA in mutually beneficial areas .

2.PROPOSED MODE OF COLLABORATION

JAN SEVAK SAMITI AND SWAMI SWAROOPANAND SARASWATI MAHAVIDYALAY propose to

collaborate
through :-

a.Facilitating Under graduate (UG)and Post graduate (PG) Students of all the faculties and people of
villages in vicinity to undertake entrepreneurial training on Mushroom cultivation /mushroom Spawn
production with high Nutritional and medicinal properties .

b.Developing projects for producing Mushroom with high Nutritional an medicinal properties .

c.Organizing joint seminars ,conferences ,Training programs promote Mushroom farming.

d.Study tours exchanges and assignment to students of SSSSMV .

e. Other forms of venture as may be determined by parties .

3.EFFECTIVE DATES AND AMENDMENTS .

a) This MOU shall take effect upon signing by both parties and shall remain in effect for a period
of two
(2) years from the date of singing g the agreement unless terminated Neither party may assign or
transfer all any portion of this MOU without prior written consent of the other party .

b) The MOU may be renewed at the end of this period by mutual written agreement by both
Parties .

c) Provision of this MOU may only be amended or modified by mutual written agreement
of the Parties .

d) Any party may terminate this MOU and any related agreement for any reason by giving
Thirty(30) days prior written notice to the other party .

4.RELATIONSHIP .

Nothing in this MOU shall be constructed to make either Party , a partner ,an agent
or legal representative of the other for any purpose .
